T!m Challenge

This is a layout I did for one of the challenges at Artistic Document. We had to use 3 different techniques (similar to those used by Tim Holtz)- masking, stamping an image & mounting it on 3D tape, stamping a title directly onto the layout. The emus are done using a mask. The flag and farmer are stamped onto chipboard & coloured using a water pen & chalks.

Magical Musical Tour - Competition

Another exciting event over at Artistic Document is our Magical Musical Tour. This is a 9 week competition with a major challenge to be completed every week and some mini-challenges to be completed in a 48 hour window. If you are interested in joining in, pop on over to AD (click on the blinkie) and check it out..

Cyber Crop Night

Hello everyone. I had a lovely day scrapping with my friends yesterday and actually got 2 layouts almost finished amongst all the chatter.

Tonight is our night of madcap mayhem over at Artistic Document. It's Cyber Crop night - fun, games, challenges and a blind scrap. So pop on over and have a look. The chat starts at 7:00pm Sydney time.

Have a great day everyone.

Chipboard Embellishments

Hi everyone. I have been to a chipboard masterclass today at the LSS. We had lots of fun learning new techniques to use on chipboard. There are some fabulous ideas to use up all those things you just had to have but have never used. Hopefully now I will be able to tizzy up my layouts with lots of home made embellishments.

Paper Bin

This is a paper bin I have been working on over the last couple of weeks. It is from Kaisercraft.
I have used Kaiser Burgundy paint and papers from the La Di Da range. Also, I used ribbon & embellishments from the same range.

January Mid-Month Mystery Challenge

I thought I would share with you my take on the January Mid Month Mystery Challenge - Australia Day - over at Artistic Document. The woden map is from Kaisercraft. I painted it to look like the flag. The jornalling is the poem 'My Country' by Dorathea McKellar.

Baby Steps - My first day

Hi girls, welcome to my Blog. It may take me a while to set up properly but "from little things, big things grow". Please bear with me as I begin with baby steps.
